Seal of Quality
The AMR Seal of Quality provides an impartial basis for a like-for-like comparison. A test piece that has been developed especially for additive manufacturing on the basis of DIN EN ISO-ASTM 52902_2020-05 and VDI 3405 Part 3.2, and visual measurement under reproducible environmental conditions, make it possible to make reliable statements regarding the dimensional quality of manufactured components.
We assess and certify compliance with the general tolerance values of ISO 2769-1m as well as voluntary standards. With our certification mark, you show your customers, employees and partners that you have undergone an impartial inspection carried out by AM Raylike.
The quality certification mark is valid for one machine and material combination, for one quarter.

Surface-finished test pieces
While post-processing your 3D-printed model using a variety of surface finishing techniques such as electropolishing, chemical smoothing, vibratory grinding, painting, dyeing, coating etc. will give your component the desired surface quality, it also adds or takes away material. A visual inspection of one other test piece that has been post-processed differently offers you another way to demonstrate to your customers compliance with the general tolerance values of ISO 2769-1m in post-processing.
